The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Users who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA, and FSA. All payments shall be in US dollars. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
You may not use the Services to: systematically retrieve data to build a database without written permission; trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users; circumvent security features; upload viruses or malicious code; engage in automated use of the system; attempt to impersonate another user; harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents; copy or adapt the Services' software; or use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavor not specifically endorsed by us.
The Services do not currently offer users the ability to submit or post content. If such functionality is made available in the future, any Contributions you submit must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, must not be false or misleading, must not be obscene or objectionable, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us a license to use and share feedback for any lawful purpose.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not investigate, monitor, or check such third-party content for accuracy or completeness, and we are not responsible for any third-party websites accessed through the Services. Inclusion of any third-party link does not imply our approval or endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations of these Terms; take appropriate legal action against violators; restrict access to or disable any Contributions; remove files that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without notice or liability. If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from registering a new account without our permission.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the Services during any downtime or discontinuance.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation before initiating arbitration. If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall be limited to disputes between the parties individually -- no class action arbitration is permitted.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR BUGS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) breach of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of any third party's rights; or (5) any harmful act toward another user of the Services.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms.
